How to check Text-Email Delivery

For Text Reminders and Email Itinerary/Confirmations
From the schedule page
  1. Click on any appointment
  2. Select the Appointment Log button
  3. Text and emails will have stamps showing when they were sent
 
Note: if the notifications were not sent then the log will only show when the appointment was scheduled and by whom.
 
For Client Connect
  1. Reports
  2. Performance>Client Connect
  3. Select Date Range
  4. Select Email Templates
  5. Run Report
  6. Export to Excel or Ctrl + P to print
