Changing or Updating Client Information

Ability to Change/Update Client Information from Schedule:

1.     At the top right there is a Search Box. Enter the client’s name or phone number.

2.     Select the correct client from the drop-down box
3.     The Client Future Appointments screen will come up.
4.     Select the Profile tab at the top left.


5.     Update the client’s profile or delete incorrect information.
6.     Click Save Profile

Ability to Change/Update From the Client page:
1.     From the Manage drop down menu click on Clients

2.     Enter client name in Search by Name or Phone
3.     Update the client’s profile or delete information that is incorrect.
4.     Click Save Profile
