Product Reservations

Turning on Product Reservations:
Before your employees can reserve products for clients that are coming in and for your clients to reserve products when scheduling online, you will need to turn on the product reservation feature through your business settings. To do this:

1.      Go to Manage>Basic Settings>Business Settings>Detailed Settings
2.      Turn Product Reservations to YES.
3.      Click Save


Reserving products in the salon:
You can now reserve a product for a client before they come in to your business!  To do this:
1.       Navigate to their appointment in the schedule
2.       Click on the appointment and open the appointment window
3.       You will click on the small green 
symbol next to “Product Reservation”

4.       Search for the product the client would like to reserve
5.       Choose the quantity and click Add items
6.       The product is now reserved and when they show up for their next appointment you will be prompted to add the product to their ticket when checking in the appointment.


ONLINE PRODUCT RESERVATIONS
To allow your customers to reserve products when scheduling appointments online you will first need to have all 3 modules set up in the application:

   
To enable this feature go to:
Manage>Basic Settings>Business Settings>Detailed Settings>Allow Product Reservations>Turn to Yes>Save

How a Client will Reserve a Product Through OCS:
1.       Client will need to log into their OCS account
2.       Under the Appointments tabs have them go to My Future Appointments
3.       Client should click on the appointment for the product reservation
4.       Select Reserve Products for this Appointment.
5.       Search for the product and choose the quantity
6.       Click Add Items

*The product is now reserved and when they show up for their next appointment you will be prompted to add the product to their ticket when checking in the appointment.
