What are Client Types

Client Types are used to track client source and/or retention.  They are color-coded on your schedule screen as a small box at the bottom corner of the appointment box.

Four Client Types are pre-set in the system:
·        New Request: Client new to your business (default when booking a new client)
·        Request: Client requested a specific service provider (default when scheduling an existing client)
·        Salon: Client does not have a specific service provider.
·        Walk-In: Client that does not have an appointment.

Client Types can also be added to track other important data such as referrals from coupons, group-ons, magazine or other ads or promotions.

Client Types also are on the Print Schedule:
1.     Click on Schedule
2.     Print Schedule
3.     Choose Dates
4.     Advanced Report will give Last Color Formula, Last 3 Services/Products.
5.     Only show scheduled blocks will only print the times that are scheduled.
