Viewing and Adding Client Formulas

Client formulas for color, etc. are recorded and retained within the Client Log. The Client Log may be accessed at all stages—from making the appointment to collecting payment—wherever the term “Client Log” appears.

Service providers, apprentices and backroom employees with login access have access to the Client Log through an abbreviated “service provider schedule” so they can mix formulas, organize resources, etc.

1.     Client Search
2.     In the Client Log Click on Formulas

3.     View the most current formula or create a new formula.
4.     Click Save Formula.
5.     You may edit a formula by clicking on the formula and entering the new information, make sure to save after that.

Note: You will not be able to edit OR remove a formula once 24 hours have passed.
