As you know, yesterday there was intermittent slowness with SalonRunner. The problem began around 11:00am Central Standard Time. We immediately put 100% of our resources towards identifying and resolving the issue. A little before 6:00pm (CST) our engineering team identified a network capacity issue and put a permanent fix in place that has resolved the issue.

I know first hand how important being able to access your software is when you are running a business. I can personally assure you that the entire SalonRunner team takes these matters very seriously. We realize 100% uptime is not possible, however, we maintain and are very proud of our 99.99% uptime.
