OCS Walk Through

Clients who choose to book their appointments through the Online Client Scheduling feature have access to their profile, service & retail. Gift card, package & membership history. Rewards history will be available if Client connect:rewards and referrals is turned on or ever has been.
 
There will be three tabs available in their OCS account; Appointments, My account and Logout.  Your client might see four tabs, in the case that you have CardConnect ecommerce turned on, therefore, they will see the Shopping tab.
 
Appointment Tab:
  • This tab will allow clients to schedule an appointment and/or take a look at their future appointments.
  • When Scheduling an appointment a client must choose a service first and then they must click on search calendar to see any available dates and times.
  • My future appointments grants access to date/times of future appointments and even the ability to cancel these appointments if the setting is turned on to yes.
  • If a client is looking to reserve a product for an appointment, the my future appointments screen is where they will find this.

My Account Tab:
  • This tab will grant the client access to their profile,  service & retail. Gift card, and package & membership history. Rewards history will be available if Client connect:rewards and referrals is turned on or ever has been.
  • Under My Profile any contact information can be changed by the client including a password change. (* If CardConnect ecommerce is turned on for your business clients will have the option to replace a card on file in this screen).
  • Any Gift Cards that are owned or have been purchased.
  • Service & Retail history will be displayed with service/retail purchased, service provider name, the date and the location of their service/retail
  • Package & membership history will show the name of the package/membership, price and when the package/membership started and the date it will end(expire). Any packages/membership that are expired will also appear for the client.
  • If Client Connect is turned on then the client will be able to view a complete reward history. This will include, their point balance, the amount redeemable in a dollar amount, and how many points they earned per visit.

Shopping Tab:
  • Please note that this tab will ONLY appear when CardConnect ecommerce is enabled with your SalonRunner account.
  • The purchase of gift cards and packages/memberships is available under this tab.
  • When purchasing a gift card, the client will have the ability to purchase it for themselves or gift it out to a loved one via email.
