Sales Growth Analysis

This report will allow you to evaluate the pace of which your business revenue is growing. By providing you with a clear understanding of growth over multiple periods of time.
 
  1. Reports>Sales Growth Analysis
 
  1. Start Date & End Date: The dates that are entered through these filters will coincide with the Previous Years(s) OR Previous Consecutive Periods that are chosen.
 
  1. Previous Year(s): Will only look at the last years of your business growth. It will also take into account the Number of Years you have chosen.
 

 
EX. If you choose Previous Year(s) and then select Number of Years as 2, it will run the report for the past two years. Including the current year. So you will see three sets of data

 
   4. Previous Consecutive Period(s):  This will take into account certain time frames depending on The Start & End dates.
 
Ex. If for the Start & End dates you have selected a month (10-1-2016 Through 10-31-2016), and if for Number of Years you have 3 years. You will see data for every October for the past 3 years.
 
Ex. If for the Start & End dates you have selected a week (3-12-16 through 3-19-16), and if for Number of Years you have 3 years. You will see data for that exact week for the past 3 years.
 
Once you have selected the filter for the time frames. Please select the the type of sales. You will have the option to Select All or Individually.
 

 
  5. Run Report
 
  1. The “I Need it now” will run the report immediately and display it on your screen/page within three minutes.
  2. The “I can wait for it” is designed for Large salons or date ranges that may require an extended period of time for this report to generate.
  1. Once the download is complete you will receive an email letting you know.
  2. The Report will be accessible in the “Saved Reports” tab.
  3. Reports in the “Saved Reports” tab can be made into favorites and even be removed.
 
  6. Sales Growth Analysis Graph

This report will also include a graph that is intended to assist you in visualizing the trends in each type of sale. When looking at the graph you can choose to remove a sales filter from the set of data. Simply go up to the color key and click on the sales filter that you want to remove from the graph. This will draw a line through it and remove it.
