Cancellation Policy

The cancellation Policy Setup will allow you to edit time ranges in which you would like to allow your client to cancel their appointments. This will be the place to include your message to your clients when they attempt to cancel an appointment. 

Setting Up the Cancellation Policy:
 

 
Allow cancelling appointments online: Yes, if you would like clients to be able to cancel online. No, if you do not want clients to cancel online, but rather must call into the salon/spa to cancel.

Minimum Days in advance they cancel online is: This will help you control the amount of late appointment cancellations. Ex. If you have minimum days they can cancel set to 1 day, your client will NOT be able to cancel under 24 hours.

Enter your cancellation policy: This message will appear to your clients as a pop-up message when they cancel an appointment.

Setting up Cancellation Policy WITH CARD CONNECT:

 
Allow cancelling appointments online: Yes, if you would like clients to be able to cancel online. No, if you do not want clients to cancel online, but rather must call into the salon/spa to cancel.

Minimum Days in advance they cancel online is: This will help you control the amount of late appointment cancellations. Ex. If you have ‘minimum days they can cancel’ set to 1 day, your client will NOT be able to cancel under 24 hours.

Require Credit Card online: If this is set to YES, clients will need to add their credit card information prior to booking an appointment.

Require Credit Card in Manager App: If this is set to YES, client will need to provide their credit card information to the salon/spa when booking an appointment.

Charge if Cancelled within: If a client cancels within the ‘charge within day’ chosen, they will be charged a percentage of the service. For example, if you have ‘charge if cancelled within’ 1 day, and they cancel under the 24 hours, they will be charged a percentage of the service.

Percent of service charged: What percentage of the service that was booked and then cancelled would you like to charge.

Enter your cancellation policy: This message will appear to your clients as a pop-up message when they cancel an appointment.
